HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The time period for deliveries is composed of two time periods
composed of:
1) Handling time: 1-2 Business days (Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing)
2) Transit time: 5-10 Business days
Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it will take to:
6-12 business days to be delivered to the destination.

Order Cutoff Time:
Nara Collection's order cutoff time is 3PM EST.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be processed or cancelled before delivery. Please note that in case of a lost package we can only offer you a replacement/refund. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
